Construction Permit and signed-off Building Plans from the subdistrict Municipal Government and Regional Building Government Office, confirmed by the Subdistrict Mayor (Orbator) and local Major (Pujabaan) are available.

Transfer of Ownership:   

We confirm that the Land, Real Estate, and all moving goods are free of any liabilities, depts or inheritance disputes.

Janitor/Facility Manager:   

In the case you are not permanently present, a Care Taker for the Residence, garden and equipment can be hired.
